At FUD, we “speak as we eat”: simply and directly, with respect for the local ingredients. A new and contemporary space. A large deli counter, featuring Sicilian cured meats and cheeses, prepares freshly made sandwiches, salads, and platters. The kitchen serves up hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, fried snacks, and flavorful dishes. In the wood-fired oven, slowly leavened Neapolitan pizzas alternate with focaccias and pinsas-light and delicious. On the open shelves, you’ll find all the ingredients featured on the menu. We search our territory for only the finest ingredients, such as Ragusano buffalo, Sicilian beef, as well as sweet Provola from the Madonie and Girgentana goat cheese, and more. Delicious ingredients to savor one bite at a time.
