We select only the very best Sicilian ingredients, like Ragusano Buffalo meat and Sicilian beef, but also Madonie Provola cheese, Girgentana goat's cheese and lots of other yummylicious things. Tasty ingredients to savour one morsel at a time.

The Deli

A contemporary deli with a vast gastronomy, salami and cheese counter, where we prepare fresh panini and sharing boards on-the-spot, every day. Meanwhile, the kitchen is where we cook and prepare our hamburgers and hotdogs, potatoes and salads.
