Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except for the cases of exclusion provided for in Section IV below. To exercise this right, the Customer must send Fud a communication within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products, using the form provided below. If the Customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal before receiving the Products, the withdrawal communication may be sent at any time before their receipt.

This communication must be sent by registered letter with return receipt (A/R), addressed to:

Once the communication has been received, Fud’s Customer Service will open a case for the management of the return and will provide the Customer with instructions on how to return the Products, which must be carried out using the courier indicated by Fud.

The right of withdrawal is governed by the following conditions:

I. The right applies to the Product purchased in its entirety; therefore, if the Product is composed of multiple components or parts, it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only for part of the purchased Product.
II. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Fud will refund the Customer the full amount of the returned goods, including shipping costs where applicable, within 14 days from the date on which the communication regarding the exercise of the withdrawal was received, without prejudice to Fud’s right to withhold the refund payment until the actual receipt of the goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer has expressly requested a different method. In the case of payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery, it is the Customer’s responsibility to provide the bank details for the refund (account holder, bank name and address, and IBAN).
III. In order to allow the return to be processed according to the previous article, the returned Product must be in the box in which it was originally delivered.
IV. In addition to the cases indicated above (non-consumer customer or customer requesting an invoice), the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases, pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014:
– orders of Products made to measure or clearly personalized;
– orders of Products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly;
– orders of sealed Products that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.
