Products purchased on the Website will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure in the specific “Shipping Details” field.

All purchases will be delivered by express courier (hereinafter, the “Courier”) from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and national holidays.

Fud is not responsible for delays that are unforeseeable or not attributable to it.

Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email that will include a link for tracking the shipment.

In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable events, the ordered Products will be delivered within 10 (TEN) business days starting from the day after Fud has confirmed the order to the Customer via the appropriate order confirmation email.

The aforementioned period of 10 business days applies to shipments within Italy and abroad to the countries listed below, with the sole exception of Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein, for which the 10-day period may be extended depending on local customs clearance times.

The service includes 2 delivery attempts at the address provided at the time of the order. After the second unsuccessful attempt, the package will remain in free storage for 3 business days at the Courier’s facility. During these 3 days, the Customer may contact the Courier directly to arrange delivery or modify the delivery address. From the 4th day and for 7 business days thereafter (including Saturday), the package will be held free of charge at the local Post Office. The Customer will receive information about the Post Office where the package can be collected via a paper notice left in their mailbox and via email. In any case, it is the Customer’s responsibility to inquire directly with the Courier regarding any updates or changes to the delivery procedure described above.

Shipments abroad may be carried out by different couriers depending on the destination country so as to ensure the Customer the best available rate. The service is available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary.
